Our company has achieved 'A' Grade BRC approval consecutively since first application in 2002 and the advice and support of consultant Russell Parry of Advanced Food Safety is key to our success. Russell has helped us develop policies and procedures in line with the Standard, which are kept simple and relevant and therefore easy to implement.

After initial setting up of the Quality System, we continue to use the services of Advanced Food Safety to ensure we are keeping up to date with changes in industry or the Standard, to audit our systems with a valuable 'fresh eye' and to assist on BRC audit days where his presence really takes the pressure off and ensures the day runs as smoothly as possible.
