Practical Internal Audit Course

HACCP Training for HACCP Team and CCP monitors.
The BRC Standards States:
“The team members shall have specific knowledge of HACCP”
“The food safety team shall have a designated and qualified team leader who shall be able to demonstrate competence and experience of HACCP”.
“Records shall be maintained that demonstrate the food safety team has the required knowledge and understanding of HACCP”.

Food Hygiene Training for Engineers
The BRC Standards States
“The company shall ensure that the safety or legality of product is not jeopardised during maintenance and cleaning operations”.
Our specific Food Hygiene for Engineers course is a 2 hour course which recaps on essential food hygiene requirements together with HACCP. This course and certificates awarded to attendees will provide evidence that your engineering staff have the necessary knowledge.
