NEW Level 3 Award in Food Safety
This Distance Learning course certificated by the Royal Institute of Public Health August 2007 and now certificated by the CPD Certification Service. The course consists of 9 modules written in a plain English, user friendly format, to prepare candidates for the Royal Institute's Intermediate Food Safety examination. This course provides the level of food hygiene training required by supervisors and managers in the food industry.

Examination
