BRC Standard Training + Review Audit
A two day course presented by a Qualified BRC Auditor, giving your senior management an insight into the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety. Day two will review your current systems against the new BRC Standard. This will provide a gap analysis and a starting point for the development of your systems.

Pre-BRC Standard Audits
So you think you are ready for a BRC Standard Audit?
This Pre-BRC audit will check that you have fully implemented your systems and have the necessary evidence to support the effectiveness of your system.
This service comes with a full report which can also be used as one of your independent audits of your food safety management system.
This is typically a two day audit.

Practical Internal Audit Course
A common non-conformity in BRC certification audits is against the following clause:
“Internal audits shall be carried out by appropriately trained competent auditors, independent from the audited department”.
Don’t get caught out with this!
We can train a team of up to 10 staff on site with our one day practical audit course – providing you with a pool of auditors to cover your system with the necessary independence.

Food Hygiene Training for Engineers
The BRC Standards States
“The company shall ensure that the safety or legality of product is not jeopardised during maintenance and cleaning operations”.
Our specific Food Hygiene for Engineers course is a 2 hour course which recaps on essential food hygiene requirements together with HACCP. This course and certificates awarded to attendees will provide evidence that your engineering staff have the necessary knowledge.
Course Content:
- Video presentation – Hygiene for Engineers – covers introduction and recap of basic hygiene requirements.
- What is HACCP.
- 7 Codex HACCP principles.
- HACCP – stages of developing a system.
- Microbiological hazards and examples.
- Chemical hazards and examples.
- Physical hazards and examples.
- Pre-requisites including specific engineering pre-requisites e.g. lubricants. PPM, contractors.
